Rome, all the ways lead to it, repeats one since centuries. But in which Rome? That of the Latinists for whom will become animated Antiquity, that where the pilgrims of the three continents come to nourish their faith on the steps of the apostles Peter and Paul, or that of the art lovers and gentle pleasures of life?
 
إيطاليا
روما، كل الطرق تؤدي إلى هناك يكرر واحد منذ قرون. ولكن عن أى روما نتحدث؟ أعن روما أسطوره العصور  القديمه أم التى ستصبح مجرد رسم متحركه لتعبر عن الماضى فى حاضرنا، يقالأن الحجاج من القارات الثلاث كانت تأتي لتغذية إيمانهم على خطوات من الرسل بطرس وبولس، وأيضا فى الوقت نفسه عشاق الفن والملذات وكل ما هو لطيف من الحياة؟

Colosseum


The Colosseum. The Flavian Amphitheatre is called "Colosseum" since the Early Middle Ages and represent the vastest amphitheatre of the antique world. 

Arch of Constantine


Arh of Constantine. This arch, 25 meters high, was erected in 315 by the Senate to commemorate Constantin's victory on his rival Maxentius (in 312). 

 

Basilica di Massenzio


Basilica of Maxentius and Constantine. The colossal ruins of this basilica, begun with Maxentius (306-312) and finished by Constantine, form by its dimensions the most impressive monument of the Forum. 

 

 

Castel Saint'Angelo


The Castle Sant�Angelo. The impressive castle Sant�Angelo was originally a grand mausoleum, of Etruscan inspiration, conceived by emperor Hadrian for himself and for his successors (130-139). 

 

Capitol


The Capitol. Both statues of Castor and Pollux, at the top of the staircase, are Roman works of late periods (IVth century).
